hi all

im currently trying to build a multiple table database to store information about multiple sites i work on, i have all the relevant tables built and am trying to develop the forms to make it user friendly.

one table houses a list of 22 different sites, so first form is a simple drop down box with an OK button that you use to select the site with macros running to close one for and open the other

i would like this to display a list of buildings on the next form that are only relevant to the particular site selected, however every time i do it, it produces a list of all buildings from all sites

You should really use a SiteID rather than description
