Question Access 2007 or 2016

I'm running MS Office 365.

But in my Access Options it says "Default file format" is 2007.

What am I running.:banghead:

2007 is the latest file format - it replaced the 2003 format and refers to the tables rather than the forms/reports/etc. As to which version click on the Help option in the file menu - the version you are running can be seen under Product Activated

Bit like .xls and .xlsx for excel.

I've going around in circles all morning :banghead:trying to find "Open Exclusive".

To no avail. I thought maybe my version was 2007.

I've followed the On Line help and have never seen the "OPEN" options.
