Access 2007 - show some forms tabbed and others in a window

Hi there,

I want to setup my Access 2007 database with the new tabbed forms feature, i.e. I want most forms to show up fullscreen. However, some forms should be shown in a window. How can I set this up?

Here is a sample that illustrates what I'm talking about:

This database is set to tabbed forms AND some forms show up in windows... Any ideas how to do that in my own database?

You will have to open all of your "Windowed" forms in "Dialog Box" mode ...

In VBA ...
DoCmd.OpenForm "FormName",,,,,acDialog

If opening directly ...
Set the forms PopUp property to Yes ...

Note that this change means the form will have the focus until you hide or close the form.
