I have been using a particular database that will no longer let me changes to one particular form. I can make and save changes to other forms and all other object types, but not this form. I tried copying the form with no apparent results. when trying to copy it, it offers the name Copy of... If I try to copy it again it offers Copy of Copy of... No copies are made. I tried to rename the form, but it reverts to the old spelling. I looked at the properties, but found nothing that stood out as a problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried exporting the form to another database to see if you can save changes there?
If you have a backup of your DB see if you can save changes on the form on that backup, also see if you can save your DB as mdb and ty to open it with a diffeent vesion of access (i.e. 2003).

I did try to import it into a new database, but the import failed. I can try to export it. Also the database exists on a network server. I will try to acquire a backup copy if I can ever find the network administrator in her office.

I tried to both import and export to a new database, but both returned the error message: "Name conflict with existing module, project, or object library"

I was able to get a 11/11 backup restored, but the form behaved the same way.

It is one I created myself. I want to thank you for your efforts to help. I didn't find a solution to the particular form, but I did find a way around it. When ever I undertook a major revision of the database, I would copy it before I made any changes, so I could go back to where I was before I made the changes, if something went terribly wrong. I went through some of those earlier versions, generally finding earlier iterations of the dashboard, but luckily I found one identical in every way except for the problem. I was able to import it and delete the damaged form.
Thank you again for your help.
