Hi,

I have downloaded Access 2007 trial, but I don't know how to use some of its features. When I try to open any of my databases saved as A2000, it displays a security message. "Security Warning: Certain content in the database has been disabled"

Is there any way to disable this message?

Any help will be very much appreciated.

It's telling you that certain things that were enabled in Access 2000 are off in Access 2007. This is probably similar to the "Enable Macros" warning from Access 2003. I'm not positive on this, but you can probably just lower the security settings to avoid that pop-up (Tools -> Macro -> Security).

1. On the Message Bar click the button called Options
2. On the Microsoft Office Security Options dialog box select the option called "Enable this content."
3. Click Ok to close the dialog box
4. Access reopens the database and then enables all content

You can also set up a Trusted Location to place all your "safe" databases in. Any databases placed in a Trusted Location will not be prompted like that; Access will always enable all content.
