Access 2010 Report Limitations

Let me start by saying thanks to for all the help in the past.

I am not trying to produce a report that has in access of a 100 fields many of which are memo for each record. I keep bumping up against a what seem to be a 22" limit, even thought I am trying to generate multiple 8.55 11 sheet per record.

I am most likely doing something way wrong. I have attached a small portion of the data base. In short I am trying to generate a report by T00Master.Master_PS_Id that contains all information shown on the tabbed form QFormTotal.


Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

I am now considering having to create multiple reports to capture the information for one record. This seem all all wrong.

Appreciateingly waiting for suggestion.

I checked your DB but I don't see any reports.

There was not one. I was so frustrated as I tried to shrink the data base to below 2 k, I ended up deleting all I had run from small sample. I can only Zip at home presently. I hope to send a new zip with the report I am having trouble with from home this evening.

Bill and All,

I have attached the data base with my attempted reports. I am trying to show everything in the Form, "FQTotal" on the report, "RQFormTotal". I have not been able to get the report to print information from each tab. It only prints the selected Tab.

Ultimately, I will want to add the values calculated as "TotalStScore" found in the QStationTotalScore query.

Please feel free to make any and all suggestions.
