Hi there all the company that i work for, are upgrading to access 2000 from access 97, is there software out there that can be purchased that will convert these databases over to Access 2000?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

TIDMAN.....

It is a shame that they are not going to Access 2003. They must have found a good deal on eBay for Office 2000 since it is almost six years old.

Converting is not a problem. Just back everything up first, just in case.

I have never seen a product that will auto convert a list of Access files. But maybe somebody else is aware of one.

It is proberbly a $50 saving some place in the organization lol.

I get compilation errors just by useing access 2000 to convert.

Thought that it would be way less time consuming by purchasing software.

Typically the conversion error(s) is/are put into an Errors table. This is probably just one record big and says something about an invalid module. Just delete the error table; it's converted fine.
