Access 97 to Access 2003

We have a database in Access 97, however our company is getting ready to install Office 2003, which I believe comes with Access 2003. Will I be able to convert Access 97 to Access 2003 easily and if so, how?

As far as I know the first time you open the db you will be asked to convert it

Thank you for your response, however I am not a programmer. Can you tell me what DAO codes is and compile errors are?

Are you saying I just open up the 97 DB in 2003 and it will convert it automatically?
