Access Beginner

All,

I am the junior systems Admin @ my work and I am putting together a small access DB app with a web front. Although I have tinkered with VBA in excel, I am finding the accesss VBA more troublesome than I expected.

Could someone point me at the best Access resouce/101 books, and also any material on "the design process".

Any help is appreciated.
