Access Database password set option

Hello,

I have access 97 database. I can open the same in access 2000 but i can't change the database password and convert the database into access 2000 enviornment.

Open the database exclusively.
Open Access, then choose File>Open and select your db.
On the Open button select Open Exclusive from the list.
