Access DB in Office 365

Hey all,

I am currently developing a database in Access 2016. there is talk where I work of moving to Office 365. I know very little about 3656 except that it is a cloud based environment.

I am looking for general advice really... Things like will my DB work if it is currently a front/back end design? Would Access Runtime still be available?

Any hints or tips would be great,

office 365 is either cloud based OR desktop based.
I have office 365, and I have nothing in the cloud.

it's just a different licencing method.
