It has been a while since I used Access and I have no programming skills. I have a desgined a form that can be used to record whether an organization offers particular sporrts. ON the form I have a dopdown with the organization name and 10 check boxes with sports next to each one. All is in the report detail.
What I want to do is two things:
1. When you open the form and choose an organization the form shows what sports they offer (display what is recoreded in table)
2. Be able to choose an organization and modify the check boxes.
Current Form Behavior
Currently I have a combobox with organizations listed. I can select one but the sports remain the same as the previous selection. I realize might need an event but do not know the code. Can someone help. Also where I can find references to the code I can enter as events?
