Access freezes when adding or removing attachments on a SubForm

Hi everyone!

I have a Form with a Subform that contains an Attachments field.
When adding or removing attachments, Access freezes and I need to finish the task with the windows task manager.
When opening the Subform independently, it works flawlessly ...
Any ideas?

Don’t use a sub form, just open the table, on that record
