I have over 500 members. I already created two tables which are a membership and member type

How would I create a query in Access that will let me know when the membership expires based on the following $35=1year membership - $100 = 2years - $250 = 3years? I do not know where to begin.

Members register throughout the year. I would also like to be notified monthly or weekly when the membership expires based on the number of years the member paid. I am very new to Access so I would need the exact steps.

A few of Membership Table fields
Last Name Member Type Date Joined Date Expired Member Dues

Membership Level Fields
Member Type ID Member Type Member Dues

Your table should only contain fields for raw data such as Name, Dues, Date Joined etc. Date Expired can be performed in a query as a calculation based on either Dues or Type and the Date Joined. Also consider having a field to decide if member is active or not. Attached is a DB with a report based on a query that will show your list ascending based on member due date. It takes advantage of conditional formatting to highlight the due date red if past due and yellow if due with the next month.
