Join us for our next meeting as John Colozzi , who posts at AWF as Doozer, walks us through how to put AI agents to work in your Microsoft Access projects.John will provide a demo — showing what’s actually possible when you hand a well-crafted prompt to an AI agent and let it build — then cover the tools and techniques behind it: AI-powered IDEs, MCP servers purpose-built for Access, workspace organization as a knowledgebase, and effective prompting strategies that keep the agent on track through complex, multi-step builds. Whether you’re skeptical that any of this applies to Access or you’re already experimenting, this session will give you concrete, practical approaches you can use immediately.
Access isn’t dead — it just got a co-pilot (no, not that one).
John has worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs for 14 years in the Health Systems Research department, located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He has been developing Access databases, helping research projects track the recruitment and retention of study participants and their participation. Additionally, he work with the administrative team tracking all of his department’s project/employees’ timekeeping and records management in Access and Excel. When it’s time, join the meeting from here:
