Hello All!
I am new to MS Access!

I want to create a Multiuser MS Access Form that connects to the MS Access Database and this form can be used by different USERS on client PC's.
The application I want to deploy on a server.
There will be only one ADMIN and many USERS.
USERS and ADMIN have to Login first.
USERS can only enter data by form and can not change it.
ADMIN have the rights to view all users data and can edit or delete.

Any Solutions?
Kindly Help!
I am very thankful to you!

Hello Danyal, Welcome to AWF :)

What you need to do is something very basic, althought not everything could be covered in one single post. The jest of the matter is

1. Split the Database to Front End (application part with Forms, Queries, Macros etc.) and Back End (with data i.e. pure tables)
http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/access-help/split-an-access-database-HA010342026.aspx
http://www.kallal.ca/Articles/split/index.htm

2. Create an Employee table that will have the Users, their passwords, and their role in the firm. Example.
tbl_Employee
empID - PK
empName
empPassword
empStatus
Code:
[COLOR=Green]'Sample data[/COLOR]
empID empName empPassword empStatus
1 Paul AWForum Admin
2 Eugin VBAUser Level 1 User
3 Francis VBAUser Level 2 User
:
3. Creat a login Form, several examples right here on this forum. Check them out. Then you should be good to go.

This information, is very very brief. Take one step at a time, and if you get stuck, post back we will try to help you out. Good Luck ! :)
