Access Problem

I`m new to acces and am not to sure of its capabilities. So i was wondering if anyone could help.

I have two excel files wich import and export data in to an access datababse. At present i have one table within the databse. Several excel files send data to the table and the data within that table is exported to a single excel file.

However i need to know if it is possible and how i may may go about creating a new table within the database when requested by the user and for the connections between the excel files and the tables to automatically change to then enter any new data in to the new table.

I think I have implemented something similar to this, but if you could paint a slightly clearer picture..I would really appreciate it.


What is it that you want your users to access? A form allowing them to update records or add records to the existing table....which is linked or exported back to excel?

Tables problem

I have an excel file whcih allows users to input data in to a spreadsheet whcih calculates a set of reults. These reults are then stored in to a database. This spreadsheet is used several times to produce several sets of results

The results from this database are then sent in to another excel (results) file which then calculates a final set of results.

However i need to be able to create a new table for each new order so that i can also then create a new results' spreadsheets. At present i can only create one table and the results spreadsheet can only store one set of results.

Both Spreadsheets are accessed by the user.

I hope this paints a better picture of my problem
