I have a report in Access that I need to export to Word so it can have comments added or items changed/deleted by the end user. The problem is that when I do this, it does not include the graphic that I have at the top of the page. Any tips?

I love troubleshooting this kind of stuff...post your file and I'll see what I can do for you!

No can do, exporting a report into a .rtf (which is what I assume you are doing) strips the formatting. snapshot (,snp) or writing to PDf is the only way to retain the formatting. I've been down this road, and unless they have changed that in the newer versions of Access...your SOL

Can you not have the user add comments in a form prior to printng or sending the report.

Btw you would get more hits posting in the Access forum,
