Access search form

I work for a company that does metal research. Attached is a database I have started working on. It shows basic metal and sample information, as well as data from three tests that are ran. I'm new to access as I'm sure you can tell from my work. I would like to be able to search for a record(s) based on any field on any of the tables. Can you do this with one search box? If so, can you point me in the right direction? If I'm unclear, please let me know. Thanks!
