The '"Record Source" property of the form is where you set the data source for your form. Display the Property Sheet (Click the Design tab on the Ribbon and click the Property Sheet option) and click the Data tab of the Property Sheet and set the Row Source.

You may be seeing your forms in the new Tabbed Documents format. If you are seeing each form with its on tab at the top of the Access window then this is the default setting for displaying objects in Access 2007. If you want to use the "Overlapping Window" format that you have been used to using, click on the large round button at the top left corner of Access and click the Access Options button at the lower right. Click on the "Current Database" option in the pane at the left side of the Access Options window. locate the "Document Window Options" option and click the "Overlaping Windows" option. Close the Access Options widow. You will be prompted that you must close the database for the new settings to take affect.

Close your data base and reopen it. You will not see your forms in design mode like you have seen them in previous versions of Access.

Sorry, I think you misunderstand. I have attached a picture of one of the forms. I loaded this at home and everything is OK. When I open this at work I dont get the litle square in the top left and even when I choose proporties there are only limited ones available. Certainley there is no option to change the Data Source.

I can only think that I have changed a setting on machine at work and not reaised that I've done it!

First, I apologize for misunderstanding your issue.

I do not have a really good suggestion for you on this one. I will be interested in finding out what you find that is causing this problem.
