Access shut down when i'm trying to create pivot table

when i'm trying to create pivot table from table or query, access just shut down.

I used to create pivot on access before, but this time... it keeps shutting down even i'm trying to create new db, it always happens.

Just got solution myself.

Go to control panel>add or remove program> find ms access> click 'change' > select repair

For doing this, please be sure all ms office programs are not in used.
