Attached is a zip file containing 32 and 64bit versions of Access Studio as demonstrated at a number of Access user group meetings over the last few months. It is also available here

The zip file contains a user guide as well as the two versions.
Using Access Studio is very straightforward, just add as a library in the VBA editor, full instructions within the guide.
The main features are:
1. formatted SQL 2. ability to add line and block comments
3. Ability to execute multiple queries or a highlighted query- results appear in the same window so no need to swap between views
4. Find and replace functionality
Plus detailed views of tables, queries and their fields and properties, split view of the SQL, example code etc
