We do a large number of PO's each day, all of which need to be faxed to our vendors, What I have been asked to do is come up with a way to send them via email, digitally signed and all that other stuff. saving it in a .doc format is easy enough, the hard part is all the PO's have a undetermined number of objects on there, where as 1 PO would have 1 thing that is being purchased, another would have 40 or 50, What I want to be able to do is create 1 line of fields and then like microsoft access reports do, I want to get word to recreate that line for as many records as there are. IE

LINE Item/Desc Quantity Net Unit Price Extension

and it will put that information on a new line for as many records as there are for that po, so say for po number 20385 it has 5 records, what I want to see is

0001 Steel Block 4 14.80 59.20
0002 Pin Rod 4 12.20 48.80
0003 Hexagonal Post 6 19.57 117.42
0004 Rotary Shaft 5 11.07 55.35
0005 Oil 6 8.29 49.74

etc etc, There are more things to each line that that but you get the idea, anywayas, Is there any hope for me? if you need any more info just ask.

Thanks
Cody

Why not create your "Report" PO in Access then save the PO as a PDF and Mail the PDF file?
