Hi,

I get some strange index when I upszing a Access to SQL Server

They look like the keys Windows uses to identify things. I think they are called GUIDs. Try Googling for this. See this link for more info
 
Yes.I check SQL database .they are index names,do I have to keep the indexs in SQL Server.Thanks
