Access VBA Audit Trail

Hi, I have followed the steps in the article below and i have managed to get the audit trail working in the form. However, the form is now inserted into a subform and doesnt seem to be working.

I have already tried to insert the 'Call AuditChanges("Name") in the subform 'before update' but still doesn't work. I'm guessing that it has something to do with the basAudit module. Does anyone have any suggestions ??
