Access VBA FTP uploader

[Access9001]

I have scoured the web far and wide but to no avail. I want something so simple but everything I find either doesn't work or is overly complicated.

I simply want to pass a function:

1. Name of server
2. Name of current directory and relevant file to upload
3. Location on server to upload file
4. Username and password for FTP

And poof, done deal. I cannot find this online anywhere.
