Accessing a file

I'm on my last day at my current assignment. I have an MS Access database in which I have many functions that I have created over the years and I only copy and paste those functions that I need in the db that I'm developing for the company.

I have deleted the database and emptied the Recycle Bin. Is there anyway that a user when opening the MS Access application can see the recent files and select it and be able to access the db? The desktop I was working on has developed a fan noise issue so I can't go back and use it.

Any file though deleted can be restored, thru different advanced means. Even formatting a drive isnt enough for persistant people to "hide" a file from.

An average user wont find a file that has been deleted and removed from the recycle bin.
