acDialog find not available

I am having a few problems with , acDialog. I open a form in acDialog, however the find option is not available for some reason.

If however I remove acDialog find works.

DoCmd.OpenForm stDocName, , , , , acDialog (no find)
DoCmd.OpenForm stDocName (find available)

However it then does full screen and I dont want that.

Any help would be appriceated.

DoCmd.OpenForm stDocName, , , , , acwindowsNormal

changed

Modal = no to Modal =Yes and
Popup = no to Popup = Yes


Works a treat.
