Ad 90 Days to a Data Field in another field!!

The syntax should still be incorrect. If it is good, I apologize, since I have never seen it that way. In any event,
Change:

Next Visit Date:[Patient Info].Last_Discharge_Date + 90
​

To:

[Patient Info].Last_Discharge_Date + 90 As [Next Visit Date]
​

It really works Rookie... You're right we have to replace into [Patient Info].Last_Discharge_Date+90 AS [Next Visit Date].
