Add Attachment Grey Out in Form

I have an Access 2013 database with a form that allows the user to attach files. Nothing fancy, just one of the basic features for adding data. On my desktop it works perfectly but after placing the database on a co-workers computer every button in the Attachment window is greyed out, except for "Close".

What would cause the buttons to be greyed out, or more importantly, what can I do to enable the buttons so he can add attachments??

I assume it is some kind of feature that is disable on his Access but I do not know what.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

It's the system split and if so does your co-worker have the proper access to the backend?

Is the database in a Trusted Location?
