Somehow I am having issues linking contributor address to my report, How can I link it from the contact information to appear on it>? like the photo that I will attach. also I would like to print out a letter saying the amount and the donor name address.. is that possible? can anyone join me on this project please please. thank you so much..

You can do this is several ways:
1. create a report that looks like a letter
2. use mail merge from Access e.g. check out Albert Kallal's website for ready made code
3. use mail merge in Word using an Access query as your data source
There is plenty of help available for all of these if you do a Google search
