Add percentage

Hello guys!
I have two tables on access. one called vouchers and the second one is Sales.
the Vouchers table is one record for each voucher(one line transaction)
the sales table is multiple records for each voucher(multiple lines transactions)

I have a percentage column on the voucher's table and i want to bring it to the sales table. how do I do that without adding the percentage for each line on the sales table?i want the percentage to be added one time for each voucher regardless on how many times the voucher number showed up on the sales table.

i hope my question is not confusing!
