add personnel pictures access forms

Hello,

I am sorry, because my English is not good . So may be when I explain my problem, I could make mistakes.

I have got a problem about to add “personnel pictures” Ms Access forms. I will explain step by step below.

1) I created a table in ms access that it called name Tbl_personel. For example it has got 2 fields.
a. Name (text (40) )
b. Personel_picture1 (ole)

2) Then I created a form called name Frm_personnel It has got 2 controls
a. Textbox1 (Data source is name)
b. Personel_picture (bound object frame) (data source is Personel_picture1)

When I navigate the records, the personal picture does not appear in the bound object frame. However, The picture name appears in the bound object frame and when I double click the frame, picture is appear.

But I want to appear picture in the bound object frame directly when navigate the records.

Is it possible and How?

Note : I am using ms access 2003

What format is the picture you are using? ie. gif, jpg, bmp

Try using bitmap images (.bmp).

Also, are you inserting a link or the whole picture?
