add record into a different table, but it must tie to current's table's data

Hi,

I have a form, which main key is the "Family". and in the form already has the data for e.g. Father name, mother name, son name, DOB, etc....

Name | Relationship | Age |
Johnny | Father | 45
Jassica | Mother | 40
Victor | Son | 25
Carmen | Daughter| 25

In the form, i can SEARCH and EDIT the information of the selected Name


now, i need to have another form, which is to add grandchildren information,

Name | Relationship | Age | Son_Daughter_of |
Nicole | Daughter | 1 | Victor
Daniel | Son | 2 | Carmen

from the form, it is a list + form view, whereby if i currently selected "Victor" and this form will list me Son_Daughter_of "Victor"

for e.g.
from Main Family form, i selected "Victor"
in the form, i will have a ADD button to add children infor for "Victor"
in the new form, it will pass the "Victor" infor to the form and it will list down records belong to "Victor"
When i add, it will only add new Children infor to "Victor" only....


so my Questions are:

1. how to pass "Victor" parameter to the new form?
1.a. i assume after "Victor" parameter passed to the new form, the list view will already listed down all the children belong to "Victor". if not, please help....
2. How to add record that belong to "Victor"

You are missing a field , PARENTS.
The parent key on a person, shows their link to tParents table,

ParentID,FatherID, motherID
