Add records using form help/advice

Hi everyone:
Need to be pointed in the right direction please. I have a db that has quote information and order information. Each order is based upon a quote. I have given the user the ability to create a new order based on the specific quote they select.

What I am stuck on is: What is the best way to show the user all pricing associated with the quote and then add all or some pricing to the order? The reason this needs to be done is not all services quoted may be needed for an order.

I originally thought about check boxes next to each price, then thought about listboxes. Just not sure the best route. Any help, with detail on how to accomplish, would be greatly appreciated.
