Question Add Reminders To Outlook

Folks,

I have a split access database, with about 15 users (each has own front end) and the backend is on a server.

My users have the option within the database to setup reminders for them selves or other users.

How can I do the following:-

When the users setup a reminder, I wish to give them the option to add this to their outlook reminders.

OR

Have a facility that overdue reminders automatically pop up when the 1st fire their database each morning (or every few hours).

You want these to be in Outlook.

You have two choices in outlook you can create an appointment or you can create a task? Have a look at them in outlook and decide what you prefer.

Second if you only want to write from the database to outlook then you will have not annoying Microsoft security warnings to worry about. If you want access to read them again then you will.

My solution for this is to not read the information but to store it in Access too.
