Add signature at the end of report

Access 2007 : At the end of report (tabular) i want to add my name in order to sign. i tried doing it in details block but my name repeats again and again. even the header footer block is not viable option because my name goes at the end of the page. plz help

as i hv mentioned when i type my name in the footer secton it goes at the lower end of the page which i dont want. i want my name just at the end of the data and not at the end of the page.

Where is your signature saved? Are you pointing to it via the path or is it in a table?

it is not conected to any table for field, but rather i want to create a lable or text field in report to do it.

Follow what I mentioned in my first post. The Report Footer is not the same as the Page Footer. What you've done is put it in the Page Footer. Put it in the Report Footer section and it will appear just below your last record.
