Add values to chart

I have several pie chart reports. They look fine. However, I can't seem to make the values for the sections of the chart to show. Basically a % for each section (part 1 = 25%, part 2 = 50%, etc) or the actual value for each section.

Any ideas how to do this as it is vital for statistical analysis.

Double click the actual pie chart
Select the data labels tab
then you can select values or percentages to be shown
