AddImage from lookUp dropdown

Hi All,
If someone can help.

I have a lookup table which stores
QAPersonLookUpTbl
QAPersonID - AutoNumber
QAPerson - Text
QAPersonSignature - OLE Object (this is a BMP filePicture)
QAPersonInitial - OLE Object (this is a BMP filePicture)

I have a table Review Tbl
ReviewID - AutoNumber
QAPerson - Text
QAPersonSignature - OLE Object
QAPersonInitial - OLE Object
Area - Text
Type - Text
Silo - Text
Color - Text

In the review tbl
From [QAPerson] I use a dropdown box lookup from the PersonLookUpTbl
I select the Person name from the dropdown box and after update [Event Procedure]

Private Sub QAPerson_AfterUpdate()
Me![QAPersonSignature] = Me![QAPerson].Column(1)
Me![QAPersonInitial] = Me![QAPerson].Column(2)
End Sub


In the review tbl I want to populate the 2 fields QAPersonSignature and
QAPersonInitial with the picture of their signature and Initials

Somehow it doesn't show the picture in the form or in the report.
