Adding + before positive values?

Hi guys,
I have a report that shows a gap score between desired score and expected score.

Negative values indicate they are not meeting expectation, positive means they are meeting/exceeding. Is there a way to add a + symbol before positive values so that they line up with negative values?

Format control on report like +0.0;–0.0;0.0
