Adding Common Dialog

When I want to register the ActiveX control of the common dialog to use it,I do it by going to Tools->ActiveX, and link it to ocx file C:\WINNT\System\COMDLG16.ocx. it fails and gives me a message that you have to Install/Remove this ActiveX by another Setup utility. Please tell me what I do to be able to use the common dialog control

regsvr32 C:\WinNT\System\COMDLG32.OCX

Open your Windows explorer, goto search, type in

regsvr32.exe,COMDLG32.OCX

When it finds them, drag COMDLG32.OCX and drop it on top of regsvr32.exe
