I am working on ms access database 2010. I have 25 texboxes in a form and i have bounded each textbox with different different fields of the table.

I would like to ask here that whatever i will write on the textbox it will be reflect in the column feild in row 1 but if i wanted to insert another record in row 2 how can i do that.

Please help

Thanks in advance

If you use the navigation buttons at the foot of your form, you can create a new record. If you hover the mouse over the controls on the navigation bar, it will tell you what each one does.

BTW,

A tip here.....the next and previous record functions are quite small and as a result make it a bit difficult to navigate.

TIP: What I like to add to my forms are two extra buttons. These are easily added when in design view. Go to: Controls/Button. After placing and sizing where you want the button on your form, navigate thru the wizard and use the "Go To Previous Record" function, and then add another button using "Go To Next Record". This will make it much easier to navigate thru records when viewed by way of forms.

I generally place these buttons near the bottom of my forms and because you can make them larger and more visible, it's much easier to navigate forward and backward thru records.
