Hi guys, I was wondering whether values within the same column can be added for Microsoft Access. For example,

Sales Total Sales for the Month
$10,000
$12,000 $22,000

Secondly, how should I go about removing duplicate values in my Query? Thanks in advance!

the query wizard offers a "find duplicates" query. check that out in the wizard dialog box.
