The easiest way to explain this is to have a look at the Northwind DB form "Customer phone list"
You'll see at the bottom theres the alphabet, click on a letter and it filters the Customer list and displays only the customers with that letter in their first name.
I've a contact list that this ould be great for. A the moment were just using the ind option.
Problem I've no idea how this Form is filtering things??
The only way(which I know is wrong) that I could do this is my using 26 Query's of somesort.
Can someone please tell me how this works???
I also DON'T no VB or SQL and spend most of my time in table relationships and queries making fancy forms etc, just no languages!!
