Address Book

I have several hundred names and address with phone numbers that I would like to print like a phone book. example each page would have 2 colums, the first colum would be "A's" and the second colum would be "W's". Can someone help me with this? I could really use some help!!

I think you have posted this before and I didn't fully understand the first time.

To produce 2 columns on a report.
-Design the report
-Click File>Page Setup>Columns Tab.
-Type in 2 for two columns and adjust the column width to the width required

I don't understand what you mean by the first column would be A's and the second W's, but maybe I'm being stupid.
