I'm not entirely clear what you want to do here. I think what you want is a report that shows only the current record and you then want to make a .pdf file from it?
If you have Adobe Acrobat full version (not just the free reader) you can install it as a virtual printer. Once the report is generated, control+P will bring up the print menu and you can select Acrobat from the list of printers.
The full version of Adobe is pretty expensive. If you don't need all of its features, you can use something like PDF Creator which creates .pdf files but has limited capabilities. It installs as a printer so it is quite easy to use from Access.
