Hi,
I have recently upgraded my Access database too SQL server using upsizing wizard. One off the Access forms use too display a subform datasheet based on a query, the data return to the datasheet was edittable (similar to editting through Access backend).
Now that I have upgrade to an ADP project the query the datasheet was based on has become a pass through query and i cant seem too modify the data. My questions are
1. Within an ADP project is it possible too just create a query which is local too Access (however tables will now be on SQL server) and not pass through, this way I can use this on the datasheets and i will be able to update the SQL backend?
OR
2. Is there a way off creating an editable datasheet view within an ADP project and queries what would i need to do? IF not how would I go about creating a interface for the same functionality within Access?
thanks
