Form1 is an unbound form. Combo0 is drawing it's data from Query2, this form is only used as a platform for combo0, which is used as the criteria for Query3 which populates Form2.

The references to additional buttons on Form1 in the code window are simply artefacts to button I had used and then discarded in the initial design process of that form, and can be safely ignored.

Have a look at it's On Load event, you will also need to examine the On Click event of the button on the calling form.

Briefly, I am using the OpenArgs portion of the DoCmd.OPenForm to pass the value held in the combo, I am then using that information to filter the data in the second form.

I was looking in the wrong place.
I was looking in the properties for the command button not for the form itself. The top corner between the the two rulers.
It now opens up with the results. Just one little problem.
If there are say two results to display it displays just one and i have to click to move onto the next.
How do I get it to open up and display all the results like in yours?

Edit: Figured it out. Changed it to continuous form and it's there. Don't know if that did it but finally I can say I have now got everything I wanted from my original post so thank you to everyone who took the time to help me especially Big John Booty.
It was appreciated and hopefully it wont be too long until I bother you with another request:D
