I am looking for an accountant ideas.
I am working with an agricultural farm. There are three types of vegetables produced there. When I buy medicine or fertilizer for these farm. Then the same amount of money or quantity is not used for the same field.
So -
* I want to make a report of income and expenditure of three fields after harvesting.
* Want to collect a daily record of my daily purchase or sale and each income and expenditure account should be kept separately for each field.
Note: there is 4 users is available, Purchase, Sell, Cashier, Finance Manager.
Can anyone explain this to me with an example. Thank you for your cooperation and advice.
