Allowing additions to combo boxes

I have a combo box that contains about twenty entries. I have not limited the combo box to entries on the list. If someone enters a word that is not on the list I want it to be added to the list. Can anyone tell me if this is possible?

I have searched and I only found one reply that seemed to be what I was looking for.Its very longwinded and I wondered was there a more straightforward way of doing it.Could anyone just tell me out right how to do it. Its really annoying and I cant understand the reply I got.

Unfortunately the longwinded way with this is the simple way. There is an article on the Microsoft website with code and also an example of this in the Northwind Example Database. Change your search parameters and you wil definately get more than 1 hit......Trust me

Sorry this is not a solution though!
